As the 2021 governorship election of Anambra State draws close, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Imo State chapter, has donated three vehicles and other relevant campaign materials to the APGA candidate, Prof Chukwuma Soludo.

In a press release made available to the media on Thursday by the Imo State Chairman of APGA, Hon John Iwuala, the party made the donation to support its candidate to win the forthcoming Anambra State governorship election.

Iwuala noted that “Imo State chapter of APGA secured a branded coaster bus, two Sienna busses and other campaign materials for Prof Chukwuma Soludo as a show of support to the election. The leadership of Imo State APGA has for some months engaged Anambra Indigines Association resident in Imo State, who were educated on the processes of transferring their voters cards to their respective home base poling units”.

He added that Imo and Abia States indigenes resident in Anambra State are also joining the delegation to present the vehicles and the materials to the APGA candidate on Friday 24th September, 2021, at his campaign office, along Awka-Enugu Expressway.

The Imo APGA Chairman stressed that the “event is coming up to kick-start and serve as a prelude to Soludo/APGA Guber Campaign Flag Off which is scheduled for Saturday, 25th September. It is worthy to have someone like His Excellency, Barr Steve Ibe Nwoga, who propounded the event which is also being organized by the Imo State Chairman of APGA, Hon John Iwuala. Imo APGA has always maintained the lead while others follow”.
